Tradezoa helps people discover and document potential exchanges. Each member must independently verify the counterparty, value, legality, and delivery.
Confirm ownership and authority
Do not accept goods, licences, property, tickets, or services unless the provider has the right to transfer or perform them.
Agree a realistic value
Compare normal selling prices, actual availability, condition, exclusions, expiry, and marginal utility. “Barter value” should not be artificially inflated.
Write the scope
Record deliverables, dates, acceptance criteria, revisions, taxes, cancellation terms, warranties, logistics, and the cash component in the deal room.
Use appropriate professionals
Property, vehicles, cross-border trade, regulated services, intellectual property, and large commercial transactions may require lawyers, accountants, customs agents, or licensed intermediaries.
Stop when pressured
Do not proceed when someone requests secrecy, off-platform urgency, unusual payment methods, account credentials, remote-access software, or a deal that cannot be independently checked.
Prohibited or restricted activity
Tradezoa must not be used for illegal goods or services, stolen or counterfeit items, controlled substances, exploitative services, unlawful wildlife products, weapons where prohibited, unauthorized financial products, deceptive schemes, personal data trading, malware, or anything that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Some otherwise lawful categories may be restricted or require additional verification. Tradezoa may pause or remove listings and accounts while reviewing safety concerns.
Reporting
Signed-in members can report a listing from its detail page. For urgent concerns, preserve relevant evidence and contact the appropriate local authority. Tradezoa reports are moderation signals, not emergency services.
